Sonya is a leadership coach who partners with high-achieving, mission-driven leaders and their teams to help increase both their capacity and their impact in sustainable ways. She believes that that the armor top performers often think they have to wear to reach high-level positions ultimately holds them back from truly creative, collaborative leadership that is marked by vision rather than crisis management. She coaches clients who are willing to dismantle their protective mechanisms to explore their vulnerability, relinquish control, and embrace the risk of failure, all in service of scaling innovation and impact.
