Diversity, Equity, Access & Inclusion (DEAI) Coaching

Now more than ever, organizations are prioritizing DEAI. Leaders are hiring more diverse talent, changing their systems and processes, and striving to create environments where people feel valued and safe to speak up. For such organizational changes to occur, individual leaders need support and resources to examine their own identities and engagement with the work. This support can provide an invaluable complement to the more systemic work that many organizations are already engaged in with the help of DEAI consultants.

 

I along with various coaching partners offer one-on-one coaching engagements to leaders engaged in DEAI work. We also offer facilitated workshops and coaching conversations with teams or cohorts who are grappling with some of the challenges that can accompany steps towards developing a more inclusive workplace culture.

 

We believe coaching can be a powerful tool for fostering the kind of individual transformation necessary to catalyze meaningful organizational DEAI change. To that end, we work with clients who want to engage in their DEAI leadership or participation on a personal level. Our coaching addresses clients in their full human complexity, while centering elements of identity development.
